On XX/XX/2024, Financial Recovery Services contacted me requesting payment for a lab services done by XXXX XXXX. The collector could not provide information on type of service, how I received the services, or how I became obligated for services I am unaware that I have received. I was told that if I did not pay by credit card immediately and wanted to receive any documentation I would be assessed a large collection fee. Subsequent to the call, I reviewed my calendar, EOB 's and lab results on my various medical providers. I was not able to find any reference to services from XXXX XXXX. I called Financial Recovery back on XX/XX/2024 and relayed the above information and again I was told if I wanted information, I was going to incur additional charges. I told the representative I was not going to pay anything without some evidence I got services I owed and instructed her to send me the bill. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and paid each and every debt I incurred. I was refused a mailing address for Financial and XXXX. I PAY MY DEBTS!!!!!!!
You told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying
