I had an account with Lancaster Financial Services in XXXX South Carolina. I paid on time every month and paid the loan off XX/XX/2023. My credit report is showing my payment status has not been updated since XX/XX/2023, and is still showing I owe a balance of XXXX. I have called the company several times and ask them to please fix the problem and nothing has been done, now my credit report is showing account needs attention. Please help to get Thai issue fixed.
