We used a vehicle through Carmax in the XXXX of XXXX, and in the XXXX of XXXX we file for a bankruptcy and surrendered the vehicle in the bankruptcy. Its been over a year since that was discharged, and theyve yet to pick up the vehicle. Ive sent email correspondence to ask if they were gon na pick it up or if they would be willing to release the lien or be willing to sell it for a small amount. Theyve failed to respond and I still have the vehicle in my possession located at my property.
